What a glorious morning we are having here today. The sunshine is wonderful even though it is a bit chilly today. Isn’t it amazing how we have so much more energy on days when the sun is out! I’m full of vim and vigor as my Grandmother used to say.

                                                           

I took some pics of the ladies this morning to share with you. Ruby decided to pose in this delightful fashion for you all. She thinks she is the queen bee or should I say queen chicken! ha ha

 

Actually I think all my ladies are quite stunning.

 And they give me such delicious eggs.

 

Not much planned for today. I hope to get my walk in at some point.  I try to do 2 miles every day, got to keep those joints working. Maybe some yard work will get done also. Doesn’t seem like there is always yard work to do? Ah well, busy hands make a cheerful heart. I'm looking forward to planting my flowers and garden plants. Only about 2 more weeks and we should be free from any more frosty nights. I'm busy making lists of all the different seeds I need and what type of vegetables I want to plant. Just planning the garden makes me happy.
